Before I chose Ship a Car Direct, I first contacted National Car Transport and had a very bad experience with National Car Transport since they first promised me a low price but raised the price TWICE just before the pick up day.

The experience I had with Ship a Car Direct is totally different. I really like the service from Ship a Car Direct. Kosta helped us a lot to find a carrier. The most important thing I want to say is Kosta didn't raise the price when the carrier asked for $75 more than he anticipated. Instead, Kosta dropped the broker fee accordingly. So the total money I have to pay is not affected. I also want to say that Ship a Car Direct company worked with very wonderful carriers. The carrier picked up the car on time and delivered the car 3 days earlier than the estimated. I am very satisfied with the service. Next time, I will use them definitely. They deserve 5 star.
