The pick-up and delivery went very smoothly. The car arrived in the exact same condition. The driver Ivan was excellent and very exact on his times for the pick-up and delivery. My only problem was getting my phone call returned. I had not been notified the week before delivery and left a voicemail. I did not get a return call. I would have appreciated a confirmation regarding my request or an email notification before pick-up. The driver did call 2 hours before my pick-up time...so, everything went smoothly. I have learned that it is not unusual today with email that people do not confirm a voicemail request. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this provider.
