We shipped an SUV from Arizona to Virginia. You have to be flexible and understand that they'll give you a range for when they can pick up and deliver. They picked up the SUV on the day they promised and dropped it off one day later than anticipated which was fine by me. The guy who picked up the vehicle was really nice. This company is just a broker though, so whoever you work with may be different.
