David was very responsive and thorough during the pre-pickup process. His frequent emails kept me informed about the timing of the process and linked me to the carrier. Andy was courteous and projected confidence and competence. His assistant was friendly and efficient. Andy gave me an estimated arrival time and met his commitment.
