Transportation went pretty well. The pickup could have used a little better communication. I felt I had to call them to get updates (the pickup ended up being delayed by a day - but I had to wait around all day because they kept telling me they would show up on that day). They picked it up the following day at around 3PM. The drivers were very nice - just could have used a little more proactive updates so I did not have to wait around the house so much.
