Ship a Car Direct was excellent! They answered my calls or returned them promptly, emailed me information and I did not have to wait for my questions to be answered like with other companies that I never received a call back. I went with Ship a Car Direct because Jennifer answered my questions and If I had to leave a message, she promptly returned my calls. Even though my back window was broke out from a rock hitting it, the transport company immediately gave me a refund after they called the area and found out how much it would be to replace the window. Everyone was very professional and my car got here safely and I extremely happy with Ship a Car Direct and the transport company which was Dirt Racing Motorsports. Don't hesitate to use them if you need to ship a car. It was very easy.
