My pickup coincided with a major east coast storm. Inevitably the pick up had to be delayed. My contact person stayed with the order and continued to work it despite all the travel disruption caused by the storm. The communication was continuous and responsive.
The final arrangements were made and the vehicle picked up as scheduled and dropped off as scheduled. Everything went like clock work. The vehicle arrived just as it was at pick up.
