Overall simple and timely process. Shipped car during Christmas and New Years Holidays so I knew locating a shipper for pickup would be take little longer than usual. Listed 1st available pickup date as 12/27/2017, car was picked up following week on 1/5/2018. Be prepared, only had 2-3 hour notice for pick-up and about 2 hrs when delivered. If you can't meet the shippers pickup time he/she may cancel and you'll have to wait for a new shipper to be located. Delivery at night makes it difficult to inspect car but night time delivery sometimes can't be avoided.
