Unpleasant experience dealing with contact Matt

Idid not like dealing with Matt, he seemed abrasive and was considering cancelling my order. This was the 3rd vehicle that we (family members) have shipped with your company. Since I found it very uncomfortable to deal with Matt, I asked to be referred Stefan (we had worked with him before). I was glad that we were able to work with Stefan and everything went smoothly after that.
