I would definitely use ship a car direct again. Everything went smoothly and my car arrived in good shape. The only thing is depending on the carrier, some may not be as great about an advanced heads up. I was texted one morning by a driver saying “I’m picking up your car today at 2pm” (in 3 hours!!). He was flexible and agreed to come later, but it wasn’t the 24 hour heads up I was told it would be.
Aside from that, I felt like the whole process was easy and ship a car direct was really supportive and made me feel comfortable with a cross country shipment.
