Fellas who picked up the vehicle were friendly and contientious in taking pictures of it prior to loading. I had been told I’d have an hour’s notice prior to pickup when it was actually closer to 15 minutes but that still worked for me. Slight misunderstanding about delivery: because it was a residential pickup the driver thought it was a residential drop off and offered to deliver at 10pm local time but the misunderstanding was handled gracefully and the vehicle delivered first thing the following morning. I would work with both Ship-a-car direct and the transporter again as I think Ship-a-car saved me time and the transporter was quite good It did end up costing $50 more than originally quoted (925 vs 875- “estimated”).
