My experience with Ship a Car Direct was a pleasant one. From the minute I first spoke with Matt he walked me through the whole process. It was my first time having to transport a vehicle and he made feel at ease. I gave him my required pick up date with not much of a notice and he assured me that he would be able to find me a carrier that would be available to pick up for that day. That same day the carrier was assigned. Email updates were sent daily with a 24/7 customer service support line # to contact. The carrier chosen was reliable and responsive with door to door service. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
