Responsive customer service put my fears to rest

As I don't need to tell anyone reading this review, shipping your car is a nervewracking experience. There are a million options out there and the choices can be overwhelming and confusing. I did more than my share of research before deciding on Ship a Car Direct, based on multiple factors, including online customer reviews, of course, and their Better Business Bureau rating. Although Ship a Car Direct was not the cheapest, they were the company that I felt the most comfortable with, both in terms of the timeliness of their responses and the clarity of their explanations. My rep Eve was incredibly responsive (even on the weekends) and made me feel like she was my partner in this. The pickup happened on the day it was scheduled, which was one day after I had originally said my car could be ready, and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to on the other side of the country. (It took just under a week to go clear from the East Coast to the West Coast.) My biggest complaint is that I was unable to use the Ship a Car Direct website to track the movement of my car or the imminent arrival of the driver. I had to bug Eve to track my car. I think if Ship a Car Direct added that service, that would be stellar. Other than that, I was incredibly pleased and would absolutely recommend them to a friend.
