Ship a Car Direct has excellent customer service. They shipped our car perfectly to a fairly remote spot in Florida. In fact, the car arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. A very competent man answered on the second ring and immediately emailed the promised information. The car was picked up without a hassle and by very professional drivers. To our delight, the car arrived three days early, right to our front door. I highly recommend them.
