Overall I had a good experience. David kept me in the loop and sent me information as he received it. It would have been helpful to know up front that carriers don't typically commit until about one day prior. The car was picked up on time and the dispatcher was thorough with the inspection. The car arrived a day earlier than the earliest pick up date, which made it arrive before I did. This made it a little hectic as I had to take delivery the night I arrived. On the other hand, it was nice to have my car right away and not to have to wait for it. So, it all worked out well. I had to inspect the car in the dark with flashlight, but it was in the same condition as I left it. I was happy with the experience and would use it again and recommend it to other people. It made my move across the country a lot less stressful and expensive.
