First time shipping my car & it was a very good experience. Both Scott at Ship A Car Direct & customer service at Gigi Line (shipping company) communicated with me & were very nice. The truck driver, Alex, was also nice. My car was shipped on an open car carrier it was picked up on Monday & delivered to me on Friday, perfect timing as I arrived very late Thursday night and no damage to car! Thanks to Scott, Gigi Line & Alex great job! I would definitely use them again.
