My experience with Ship A Car Direct was pleasurable from beginning to end. All the positive reviews I had read prior to my quote were spot on. John, my customer rep, is extremely knowledgeable and accessible by phone if you should have any questions. I received numerous emails updating me throughout the process and providing me with an app that allowed me to photograph my vehicle prior to pick-up. Pick up and delivery dates and times were exactly what I requested. Most importantly, my vehicle arrived at its destination without a scratch. Kudos to Sabb Transport for a job well done.
