David Franco was the Customer Service Specialist (Agent) who helped me through every stage of a very complex process of finding a carrier that could accommodate my needs of transporting my car across country. From the first time I spoke with David, he put me at ease letting me know that he would find me a carrier and that would pick up and deliver my car to its destination in the time frame that I needed. Needless to say, moving is very stressful and David's assurance alleviated my stress level by taking one huge thing off my long list of to do's. Also, the driver Sam who I was assigned to with the carrier was outstanding! He was on time at both the pick up and delivery and my car was delivered without a scratch! Thank you David and Sam for making this easy!!!
