If I can give Matt a zero stars I would. Matt was pretty helpful in the beginning when getting me a quote and setting all that up. This was the honeymoon stage. That went sour pretty fast. I made it specific that I would need to have the car picked up in a certain window due to the seller having to go on vacation.

Weeks have passed since I placed the order and I didn't hear anything about if the car would be picked up. I was able to push the date a little further and again crickets from Matt unless I emailed him back.

His emails were very short and also condescending and belittling in tone. I have been in customer service for over 8 years and have never talked/emailed a customer with short and non helpful responses. I kept getting a run around and was even told my pick up job was not worth it to carriers because they didn't want to pick up the car due to how low the quote was..Matt didn't mention to me that my pick up was basically on hold from other carriers because "its not worth" picking it up.

His latest email after I request to cancel it because another carrier is willing to do the job in a timely matter was even worse:

I hope you guys train your customer agents better than this because if this is your GOLD STANDARD I would be ashamed.

I will never recommend you guys to anyone.
