Pickup was delayed due to truck problems, but the driver was good about notifying the parties involved. He also worked with us for a convenient delivery date and time. Our car was delivered in pristine condition. Working with Ship A Car Direct gave us all the information we needed to minimize all of our anxieties. The short videos were very helpful.
