Shipping a car across country was a first for me so I had no clue how any of it worked. John explained the process and was in constant communication to let me know what was happening. He gave me a level of assurance that everything was going to be fine and that he was all over it. Once the car was picked up, I was told the estimated delivery date. However, the driver made it within 3 days and well ahead of the estimated date. Moreover, I was happy that the drive took detailed notes of the condition of the car upon pickup and reviewed the entire car with me prior to my acceptance. Overall, very satisfied!!
