As I said they got job done , car was delivered on time .. But the pick up did not go well , they (car carrier) contacted the person they were picking car up from and gave them 12 - 2pm window , then ended up not being there until after 8pm, which completely screwed up the persons schedule. Also the driver didn't speak English very well and couldn't take instruction or communicate effectively. Another thing that I was unhappy with was that I was quoted a total cost of $1140 by ship car direct and then I was told after they had picked up the car that it was going to cost more! Infact they didn't even contact me and let me know, I called and asked why I had to pay driver $1050 , and that meant I should only be charged $90 on my credit card to equal $1140 total but that was not the case and I was charged more.
