Eve explained the process and made this about as effortless as sending a letter. I was provided very good instructions and options and the vehicle was on a carrier in a matter of hours from me committing to sending it. The transport time was set at a range and the driver called me to let me know the day and time he expected to arrive. He also called the day of delivery to confirm the time. And then called again to let me know he was arriving in 20 mins.
If I ever need this service again I will certainly call Ship A Car Direct again.
