We used these guys to ship our car cross-country twice this year and both times the experience was great. Timely deliveries- helpful and responsive service from both Ship A Car Direct and the actual transporter. One issue: We never got door-to-door service. Always had to drop and pickup at a (somewhat) nearby large parking lot. Adds some logistics to your life, but not that big a deal. Again, otherwise excellent experience.
