We were very satisfied with all the people we came in contact with at Ship-A-Car Direct and at the Auto Transport Company (GMA).
They were very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in their communication. It was truly a pleasure. The only slight issue we had was that two days before delivery we informed that the car could arrive perhaps two days early. Of course that gave us different expectations. As it turned out, it was delivered when they originally said it would be.
