This is the second time we are transporting our car. We chose "Ship a Car Direct" to ship our Honda CRV from Dallas, TX to Charlotte, NC. After initial e-mail and telephonic conversations with Eve we gained confidence and decided to entrust them with the job. Eve was very professional and friendly at the same time. She asked the right questions to find out the expectations and timeline of the delivery. The driver, Roger of the transport company was really a very nice person. He collected the vehicle himself when we told that no one will be available at the destination to drive the vehicle to any place. He kept us informed about the status of the vehicle enroute and delivered the vehicle without a single scratch to us.
After the delivery of the vehicle someone contacted us to find the status. An app link was also send to us in case any damages were found after accepting the vehicle. Overall it was a really wonderful experience and it is all because of really wonderful team and nice people working there and I am really thankful to them.
