I already felt amazing the moment I call just to get a quote,. The person I spoke Mr Costa was very knowledgeable about the business and our concern. The price was on our budget and the time they promise was just perfect. I am in a customer service industry and I know exactly how he reacts about our needs in terms of price, time , and communication. This might be once a life time experience. However, I would like to take the time to say that whoever uses SHIP A CAR DIRECT, they just found a business who value customer as the most important part of their business.
