I picked Ship A Car Direct because they were top reviewed on BBB/Consumer Affairs. After doing business with them, I understand why they're the best. I first looked for a cross-country auto shipper by placing my name on a website that blasted my contact info out to dozens of companies. I was inundated with requests within hours, each as suspicious as the next. All of them warned me how shady the industry was, how everyone *else* was disreputable, how I should only trust *them*. Matt from Ship A Car Direct was different. He didn't waste my time bashing his competition (he was pretty much the only one out of dozens who didn't stoop to this sales tactic)... he was no-nonsense, factual, and honest. He knew Ship A Car Direct's reputation spoke for itself. When I emailed him, he responded. When I asked a question, he answered it. (This was NOT the case for the dozens of other companies' sales reps I exchanged emails with) When my dates and pickup location changed, Matt accommodated me instantly. He stayed in touch through drop-off, checked in during transit, and reached out after delivery. Ship A Car Direct's damage App gave me peace of mind that if my car was mishandled, they would take care of it. He quoted me a price, and he delivered on that price. No less than 3 different people from different departments (Sales, Damage, Quality Control ) also reached out to make sure I wasn't being hit with any surprises. I was incredibly nervous to ship my car cross country (never did it before), but Ship A Car Direct made me comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough. Don't cut costs with something this important... Ship A Car Direct is absolutely the way to go.
