Overall, mostly positive experience. It was the most expensive transport we have completed to date, took longer to secure a driver and $50 additional.
Then the driver wanted to know if he could pick up the car in the evening, 4-5 hours after my normal working hours. I said "no" because it was already costing my employer the added $50 and now I should stay 4-5 hrs later or go home on time and then drive another 40 minutes back to the office to accommodate the driver? So he picked up the car the next day. He was very efficient and totally skilled at off-loading and reloading the vehicles on the trailer - very impressive. It was probably a case of timing conflicts for car pick ups - too distant to pick them all up in one day during office hours.
