I was extremely nervous about shipping our car since I had never done this before. I am a skeptical New Yorker, not trusting everything I read on the internet. Thank goodness I was proven wrong. I contacted Ship A Car Direct due to their high rating and worked with Scott, a real person who answered the phone and my emails, which put me at ease. Scott was professional and explained the process to me. Our car was picked up in Kentucky and delivered to NYC Area in 24 hrs. I was given the cell phone no. of Driver, whom I kept in touch with for delivery details. Two Drivers were excellent. I was the happiest person in the world when our car arrived. The car was driven thru the night and I received emails with 24-hr. contact phone nos., in case I needed to contact the Carrier or Ship A Car Direct. I was never left in the dark.
