I had never used a transport service before. My car was going from New York to Texas. I checked on line different companies and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct because they had a good reputation. I dealt with Matt, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. So very easy to deal with. The car got there in 4 days in the same condition that it left here. I'm very happy with the service and, if needed to ship a car again, I'd use them.
