Overall, I was very satisfied with Ship a Car Direct, they were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about every step of the process. However, in our case I gave a pick up date window of Monday-Saturday but did not hear back from a carrier until I had to fly out to North Carolina. This meant that I had to leave the car in the care of a friend and ask them to meet the carrier. Fortunately, I have a friend who was both willing and also knowledgeable about the car. The carrier called me while I was in the airport between flights and I had to text him the name and number and info of the new contact person. Somehow the carrier driver did not get this info from Ship a Car Direct.
In the end, it worked out and the car made it across the country and to us a day earlier than expected. All good in the end. Thank you, Ship a Car Direct for a job well done.
