First time to have car shipped

Since we had never shipped a car before, we did a lot of research. We needed to understand the process. After we understood that Brokers are instrumental in how this business functions, we proceeded to look for the best broker and have confidence that they would know and use the best carriers. We only compared the highest rated brokers from all the sites we visited and then chose 3 which consistently were in the upper tier of brokers. We got bids from all three and they were all within 50 dollars of each other. We chose Ship A Car Direct. The company was very easy to work with-we received helpful emails telling us about taking and uploading photos to show the condition of the car prior to shipment. The car was picked up when they said they would at a convenient location and delivered a day early at the final location. The carrier opened contact with us once they picked up the car and updated us along the way. All in all an excellent experience with no surprises.
