The car was picked up on time, and then dropped off on time, can't ask for anymore than that! I was given an initial range of three days for pickup, received a call 24h out, then received another call 45 min prior to pick up. This allowed me to plan my day, and made the whole process relatively painless. I received the same level of service at the destination.
