It was my first time shipping a car and heard the horror stories. Scott was great, returning my calls even though he didn’t always have the news I wanted. I had to wait a few days beyond my window for a carrier so my anxiety was high. Scott went the extra mile and got a carrier by taking some of their fee and adding it to the bid. I thought that was amazing. Soon I had a carrier and from there it was smooth sailing. The communication with the carrier dispatch was excellent and the driver was a very nice, hard working man. I plan to recommend Ship A Car Direct to my brother for his upcoming move!
