I had heard horror stories. I picked ship-a-car because unlike other companies 1. They didnt give me a hard sale. 2. They explained how the car shipping industry works. 3 they explained how they weed out chances of bad experiences. I am very happy. The carrier from NC was two hours late, however on the receiving end the driver kept me up to date on the roads and his changed arrival time. I was there two minutes after he arrived. It was a quick exchange. I would use them again. Never a surprise or switch in pricing
