Order placement was smooth and hassle free online or email or phone. The mobile app helped to take photos of car before shipping to record the state of car before shipping. The pickup was on exact date and delivered in 2 days itself. I gave the car at origin but my friend received the car at destination, hence the mobile app to record damages(was still at origin) didn't work well. However there was no damages, except for bit of dust and leaves all over. The transporter was very flexible on pickup date and place. I am very happy with shipping.
