First Time....Great Experience!

I searched for days looking at reviews and comments, as well as obtaining quotes about the many brokers out there that I could choose. I finally decided on Ship A Car Direct due to their A rating on BBB. They were not the cheapest (which I would advise against) nor the most expensive. Communication was excellent with Kosta keeping me up to date and informed up until the day my cars were picked up. While overall most people are fortunate and picked up on time- I had to go ahead of my cars and leave them at a relative's as my cars were picked up a week late but what most people don't understand is from reading many reviews that it is up to a "driver" to pick up the job for your vehicle.If no one is around or heading your way - you might just have to wait a little bit. I was patient and had confidence that my cars would be picked up along with the 6 others in the northeast just like me waiting to get picked up. It took four days for my cars to get to me. The driver called me and gave me a heads up and approx. time and all went smooth. Other then being very dirty! (expected) there was no damage to either of my cars- including an antique. I would advise take lots of pictures so you know every mark you might have on your vehicle and it makes delivery very smooth.
