Professional and superb in every way. The delay in pick-up was fine with us because the delay was due to hurricane Irma. We would have gladly arranged for our car to be set for pickup in a flat area instead of a hilly one, if we knew ahead that this would make it easier for the driver. Ship a Car was terrific and so was the company that carried the car. And the driver, Alex, was outstanding!
Even though we are receiving a rebate for submitting a review, we would have written the same thing regardless.
