Our situation was a bit more challenging than usual because we were moving at the same time that the cars were being transported. So the pick up and delivery windows had to be meet exactly.
Pick up was tight due to the traffic resulting from hurricanes Harvey and Irma, but delivery was flawless. due to this unforeseen situation, the final price was about 20% higher that initial rock bottom quote.
Responsiveness to email and text and information throughout the process was excellent.
Very thorough documentation by transporter a pick up and delivery and the Shipacardirect app is very good.
Overall would use the service again and recommends it.
