Jennifer was very good to deal with and followed up on a daily basis when we got past the original pickup date. She used her fee to up the price to help a carrier pick up the vehicle, as I did. I do think your company low balled the quote to get the business as I got 5 prices and everyone else was in the range I ultimately paid.
