The process of shipping my car from VA to CA was made really simple by Ship-a-Car Direct's first-class customer service, quick/easy/reliable communication and sales representatives. Bruce and John were particularly helpful throughout the whole process and provided in-depth, straight-forward, and honest information about using a broker to connect with a carrier. My Volkswagen made it to CA in one piece, and I'm really grateful!
