I was not able to give them advanced notice of the available ship date, which explains why the pick up was late. It was not their fault. They did find a carrier for my car 4 days after I contacted them. A very reasonable amount of time. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I rated the service excellent because everything went well. I feel the carrier did an excellent job of keeping my car safe and free of damage. The only thing I was surprised about was that the final cost to ship the car was $25 more than quoted,.I guess that is why they call it an estimate. I did not know that the amount could change after the quote was given. Shipacardirect did cover half of the increase.(Increase was $50, they covered $25.) Overall, I would say this was a very positive experience, and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
