The customer service was great and the car arrived on time and in fine shape. Only issue we had was on the pickup. The driver could not get into the neighborhood so the car had to be driven to a parking lot. Fortunately the person at the pickup was able to drive but they missed an appointment due to the extra time needed to get to the truck.
