I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Car arrived within time frame quoted. Car was dirty when it arrived, but was transported in open transport truck. Brothers Motets driver also apologized and stated it was snowing in Wyoming. Pick-up and drop off drivers were polite. If the need came up I would use Ship A Car Direct again. Very pleased with service.
