I had a great experience with this company. They were honest, informative and good communication. It's nice to have direct contact with the transport driver to get frequent updates. My only suggestion would be to require the driver to provide the consumer with more than a 30 min heads up before delivery. It can be difficult for people working the weekdays. Just an FYI - as this was my first time transporting a vehicle be prepared for your vehicle to arrive potentially dirty if you choose "open" transport. My vehicle travelled from Nevada to Illinois so over the course of 5 days it was quite dirty and needed a bath. I would definitely utilize this service again.
