I wanted to ship my car out of Florida before the next hurricane was expected to hit and Stefan went out of his way to find someone quickly to help despite the backlog of customers waiting to have their cars shipped out. I ended up paying a little extra, but it was well worth the tradeoff. The driver (Carlos?) was very responsive by phone and gave me consistent updates as he got closer to arriving. I had a great experience.
