First, let me say that the cost of using this service was far lower than any other transportation service. When I mentioned that to other transporters, they said that was never going to happen at that price. They were wrong. Second, I felt very pleased with Scott and and the others with whom I spoke at Ship-a-Car-Direct. They were available and responded to my questions with sensitivity. Third, I was very pleased with the actual transport company and especially the driver. He was very personable, soft spoken, engaging and made the transport in record time. I could not believe he could leave Chester, VA on Friday evening and get to Irving, Texas by early afternoon on Sunday. Overall, I can clearly say I would not use any other transport company.
