Angela was my customer service rep. I selected Ship a Car Direct because of Angela. I had contacted another company that my daughter had used but was not as trusting of that company (person on the phone} as I was with Angela. Her information and directions were very clear and correct. I have my car in Florida, but was doubtful that I would get it on time because of Irma. I also thought the price might go up but it didn't. I was also given access to an app to record condition of car. I would use them again if needed.
