Very good service. Everything happened quickly. I made a request Saturday night and received a quote immediately. I then scheduled my times for pickup and delivery. I was surprised that I was assigned a carrier that same day and it was only 3 days away. The broker had very good videos to inform me of what was going on, and the emails also explained a lot. I ended up calling the transport company to verify all information. I also wanted to make sure delivery would be during the day so we could inspect the delivered car carefully. Transport company arrived when they said, although one day later than what the broker initially said, inspected and took the car away. I left only 2 gallons of gas in the car to make it lighter, and then put stuff in the trunk, about 100 lbs. On arrival day, the car was extremely dirty. We could not see if there was any damage so we marked on the bill where we thought we saw scratches . After two washes, there was no damage. Nothing was missing. Inside was clean. We're glad we shipped the car instead of driving it across the country. We are very happy with the outcome.
